FAQ
OnePlan is a map based festival planning software. With OnePlan you can plan festivals on a to-scale-map using any location in the world or import a CAD of your location and work on that. Once you’ve planned your festival on a map, you can export or share it with anyone. It’s a festival planning and management tool and a festival map maker.
Festival planning is easier on a map and that’s exactly what OnePlan was created to do. With a map first approach with to-scale-accuracy, festival planners choose their location, create their event, add infrastructure, team members, add corresponding data such as load in and load out, manage income and expenses, use smart tools to calculate areas, capacities and more and report on key data. It saves festival planners time, provides quicker access to information and helps maximize space and plan for different scenarios.
There’s an extensive object library including a pack specifically for festival organizers. Users choose their festival site map and drag and drop objects onto their map and use the data pane to enter corresponding data such as costs, suppliers’ details and load in and load out times. Many users tell us it’s intuitive but if you want to quickly become an advanced user, enroll in the OnePlan Academy or book a demo.
OnePlan is a cloud-based festival organization software. It’s free to sign up to test it out and it doesn’t require any downloads or installation. As a cloud-based solution OnePlan is accessible anywhere you have an internet connection and plans can easily be shared without the recipient having to download anything.
OnePlan is suitable for any type of event, indoor or outdoor, but we have a large number of festival organizers in our user base because it’s well-suited to the way festival organizers plan their events and as a result, OnePlan has been shaped by festival organizers and has become a must have tool in a festival planners toolkit.
OnePlan has been used on major, large-scale events and can be used for all areas of festival planning. Using OnePlan means you won’t need separate fair management software, campground management software or dot planning software. Consolidating your festival plans in one tool will save time and money and make it easier to share with collaborators.
