Event site planning used to be an inefficient process that relied on screenshots of maps, presentations, spreadsheets and endless email and messaging back and forth. It was an uncollaborative version control mess. In 2018 Paul Foster started his mission to change this. He wanted to create a solution that transformed how event organizers could plan their event sites visually and collaboratively.
OnePlan has now been used by over 70,000 events and venues, including as the Official Supporter of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and for the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
Our mission is the same as day one: to empower event organizers to plan more efficiently, save significant time and costs, and improve security at events. In 2025, we’ve re-built our web platform to make it better than before – 2x faster event planning, with a modern interface and better value monthly subscriptions – so our users can plan events more efficiently than ever.
